Shockwave Arena is organized around a clear room-based gameplay loop. Players move, aim, fire, manage weapon heat, collect pickups, clear enemy waves, and prepare for more dangerous rooms.
The game includes room scaling, obstacle layouts, enemy waves, boss encounters every five rooms, upgrade cards, HUD feedback, joystick controls, sound effects, and visual polish such as projectiles, shockwaves, particles, teleport flashes, warnings, and player state effects.
